Senior Legal Counsel

Role Description
What you'll be doing
Partnering with senior stakeholders across the business to provide pragmatic, commercially focused legal advice
Supporting fundraising, capital markets activity, and strategic transactions
Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements (including SaaS, technology licensing, and strategic partnerships)
Advising on regulatory and compliance matters, including AI governance, data protection, and IP
Supporting corporate structuring, governance, and Board-level activity
Managing legal risk and developing policies, templates, and best practices
Coordinating and managing external legal counsel across multiple jurisdictions
Qualifications
Qualified solicitor (England & Wales)
8–10+ years’ PQE with strong experience in commercial and corporate law
Experience with fundraising, venture capital, or strategic transactions
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance risk and business outcomes
Experience working in fast-paced or high-growth environments
Excellent drafting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Interest or experience in technology, AI, or data-driven businesses
