This role involves overseeing a small, mixed caseload of adult and paediatric community complex care packages across London. • Complete assessments, reviews, and ongoing clinical monitoring

  • Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills

  • Band 5 or Band 6 nurses with leadership or senior shift experience encouraged to apply

  • 45p per mile business mileage and hybrid working

  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm with no nights or weekends

  • Clinically manageable caseload

  • 33 days annual leave and private pension scheme

  • Structured learning and development programme with equipment provided
