As we expand rapidly across Europe, we are looking for driven and highly organised individuals to support our growing sales function in London.

Role Overview

As a Sales Administrator , you will play a key role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth execution across the client acquisition process. You will work closely with the Sales Team to manage outreach activities, pipeline coordination, reporting, CRM accuracy, and onboarding administration.

This role is ideal for someone who is structured, proactive, commercially aware, and excited to work in a fast-paced environment supporting revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Sales Team with day-to-day coordination and administrative tasks
  • Manage and update the CRM pipeline , ensuring lead and client data accuracy
  • Coordinate sales outreach activities (cold calling lists, email templates, follow-ups, meeting scheduling)
  • Prepare and organise sales materials, proposals, pitch decks, and contract documentation
  • Track sales performance data and support weekly/monthly reporting
  • Assist with contract processing and ensure smooth handover to onboarding/operations teams
  • Coordinate internal communication between Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams
  • Maintain organised records of venue agreements, documents, and client communication history

Skills & Experience

  • Prior experience in Sales Administration / Sales Support / Admin Coordination roles
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident communicator with professional email and phone etiquette
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Strong organisational skills with an ownership mindset
  • Experience supporting B2B sales environments is preferred
  • Hospitality / F&B / media / marketing exposure is a plus

What Success Looks Like

You are the operational backbone of the sales team in Madrid—ensuring pipeline accuracy, strong follow-up discipline, smooth contract flow, and reliable reporting. Your support directly helps the team close more deals faster and scale client acquisition efficiently.
