Product Success Manager
We are on a mission to become the leading international force in residential property management. What we do matters to billions of people in their everyday lives.
Residential real estate is the world’s largest asset class, and for most families, buying a home is the single biggest financial decision they will ever make. For too long, residential property management has fallen short of homeowners' and residents' expectations, and the industry is ready for change. Odevo was formed to make that change happen.
In just six years, Odevo has grown more than 70-fold, establishing us as the leading international player. We are more than 12,000 people across the US, the UK, the Nordics, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Mexico, and Italy building Odevo. Together, we aspire to break new ground through innovation and cultivate a workplace where we help each other succeed, where ideas matter more than titles, and where kindness is a strength.
By combining the power of people and technology, we set a new standard for how homes are managed. Our technology-enabled services simplify living for residents and create a better experience for property owners and boards.
Our ambition is to continue our fast-growing journey through new customers, service expansion, and by partnering with great companies that share our mindset and ambition, both in existing and new markets.
As we continue to grow, we stay true to who we are, challenge unnecessary bureaucracy, and keep decision-making close to our customers.
If you share our mindset and ambition, we’d love you to join us and help accelerate our mission together.
About the role
As Product Success Manager, you will own the relationship between our Group platform and the Operating Companies using it across the Group. Your mission is to drive meaningful and measurable platform adoption — ensuring teams don’t just have access to the platform, but actively use it in ways that create tangible business value.
This is a highly cross-functional role where you will act as a bridge between Product, Operations, and the OpCos. You will combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution: building adoption programs, enabling best practices, driving behavioural insights through analytics, and shaping how users interact with the platform directly inside the product experience.
You will play a key role in balancing platform standardisation with the real operational differences across our OpCos — helping create scalable ways of working without losing local relevance.
What you’ll do
Drive adoption & engagement
Own and evolve the Group-wide platform adoption strategy across all OpCos.
Define success metrics, monitor adoption trends, and proactively address low engagement.
Build OpCo-specific success plans aligned with business goals and operational needs.
Lead QBRs, working groups, and community sessions to share best practices and drive alignment.
Build and support a network of local platform champions.
Partner with Product, Operations, and Change teams during launches and rollouts.
Define scalable ways of working
Develop and maintain shared SOPs, workflows, onboarding programs, and enablement materials.
Balance platform consistency with legitimate operational variation across OpCos.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and shared ownership of workflows and processes.
Regularly review workflows and platform usage to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
Drive behavioural insights & in-product guidance
Own product analytics setup, tracking frameworks, and adoption reporting.
Build dashboards and reports that create visibility into usage, engagement, and workflow behaviour.
Identify adoption risks, workflow deviations, and friction points using behavioural data.
Create and optimise in-product guidance such as walkthroughs, tooltips, and resource centres.
Use experimentation and analytics to continuously improve user engagement and platform usage.
Act as a key escalation point for platform friction and feed insights back into the product roadmap.
Who you are
You likely have experience within customer success, platform adoption, enablement, operations, or SaaS environments, and enjoy working cross-functionally in fast-moving organisations.
We believe you bring:
Experience driving adoption, enablement, or operational excellence initiatives.
Hands-on experience with product analytics, dashboarding, or digital adoption platforms such as Pendo, Userpilot, WalkMe, or similar.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence without direct authority.
Experience creating scalable processes and ways of working across complex organisations.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills across both operational and executive audiences.
A data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actions and business outcomes.
It’s a plus if you have experience from:
Multi-entity or matrix organisations.
Product-led growth or change management frameworks such as ADKAR or Prosci.
Working closely with Product and Engineering teams in scaling digital platforms.
What success looks like
Success in this role means:
Increased platform adoption and engagement across OpCos.
Improved operational efficiency and workflow consistency.
Higher usage of core platform workflows.
Stronger alignment around best practices across the Group.
Tangible business impact such as improved customer satisfaction and operational scalability.
