Role Responsibilities
• Provide technical support to staff and students
• Maintain hardware, software, printers and network systems
• Assist with system upgrades, installation and troubleshooting
• Ensure smooth operation of classroom IT equipment
• Support with cybersecurity and safeguarding protocols
Requirements
• Previous IT support experience (school experience beneficial)
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Knowledge of Windows, networks, and hardware maintenance
