Residential Management Group (RMG) is a market‑leading Property Management Company, managing a large and diverse portfolio of residential developments across the UK. We're now looking for a professional and customer‑focused Door Person to join our Front of House team at a prestigious residential development in London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in luxury hospitality or concierge services who takes pride in delivering an exceptional resident and guest experience while maintaining a welcoming and secure environment.
Location: The Tower, One St George Wharf, London, SW8 2DU
Rota – 40 hours per week -Wednesday to Sunday 13:30 Pm to 21:30 PM
More about your role
As a Door Person, you'll be the first point of contact for residents, guests and visitors, ensuring everyone receives a warm welcome and a consistently high standard of service. Working closely with the Concierge and onsite teams, your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a key point of contact, delivering outstanding customer service to residents and guests at all times
- Supporting the day‑to‑day operation of the Concierge Desk and main entrance
- Carrying out routine security inspections and operations as required
- Assisting with onsite duties and supporting the wider Front of House team
- Undertaking health and safety checks to help maintain a safe and secure environment
- Completing light cleaning duties to keep Front of House areas immaculate
- Assisting residents and visitors with luggage and providing directions within the building
- Providing a valet service for residents when required
- Working collaboratively with the Concierge and onsite security teams
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who presents themselves professionally, communicates confidently, and genuinely enjoys delivering a first‑class service.
Essential:
- Proven experience working in a luxury hospitality, concierge or Front‑of‑House environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A clean, valid UK driving licence
Desirable:
- Previous experience in a concierge or front‑door role within a high‑end residential or hospitality setting
Qualifications:
- SIA licence (essential or willingness to obtain, depending on role requirements)
- Driving licence
A DBS check will be required as part of the pre‑employment process.
