Project Manager

A successful construction Fit Out company are now looking for a project delivering Project Manager, who brings a great understanding of the fit-out market to start within the next 6 weeks.

With your projects being across London, you the Project Manager can expect to work on some of the best CAT B fit out projects within the £1M - £10M value range.

The Project Manager's Role

The Project Manager will specifically work on Office fit out schemes, which all sit in the high end of finish. Expect brilliant break out areas, reception spaces and where all the magic happens to be of the highest quality.

The Project Manager will begin on a stunning 16-week CAT B office fit out in Canary Wharf, worth £3.5M. You will have the support from a Contract Manager and Project Director, but you will have the autonomy to run your own projects.

The forward-thinking Project Manager should bring a collaborative and positive attitude towards delivering an on time and within budget project.

The other side of this position is business development and relationship building - creating opportunities to win new business at all time. So, an appetite to win, should be within the Project Manager.

Evidence of running own projects for 2+ years minimum

CAT B fit out experience
