RETAIL MANAGER – LUXURY FINE JEWELLERY

FULL-TIME | UP TO £50,000 BASIC + BONUS

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead daily boutique operations, ensuring a seamless, personalised, and elevated client experience
• Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to consistently exceed targets
• Drive commercial performance through strong clienteling, CRM engagement, and KPI analysis
• Maintain exceptional operational standards across stock control, workshop orders, bespoke timelines, and showroom presentation
• Partner closely with the Head of Sales on commercial initiatives, team development, and proactive client outreach
• Oversee high-value and bespoke client journeys, ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s standards and values

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven Retail Manager experience within luxury fine jewellery
• Strong knowledge of diamonds, including natural and lab-grown
• Commercially astute with the ability to analyse performance and identify growth opportunities
• Highly organised, polished, and credible in both leadership and client-facing environments
• Inspirational people leader with strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
