Registered Manager
Lead all aspects of day-to-day operations as the Registered Manager
Maintain high standards of care, compliance, and CQC readiness
Inspire, support, and develop a dedicated care and office team
Drive business growth through referrals and community engagement
Oversee care planning, assessments, and risk management processes
Uphold safeguarding, quality assurance, and person-centred practiceRequirements
Proven experience in a management role within a care setting (domiciliary care not essential)
Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance standards
Confident using digital systems for rostering and care managementWhat’s on Offer
Salary up to £42,000 per annum
