Npd Assistant
- Support the development of new product concepts from initial idea to final launch
- Research current market trends, competitor products, and emerging innovations in the beauty/skincare sector
- Assist in creating and refining product briefs for packaging, formulations, and artwork
- Coordinate with designers and suppliers to develop packaging designs, labels, and artwork approvals
- Track project timelines and ensure all NPD milestones are met
- Maintain and update product development trackers and documentation
- Assist in sample management, testing coordination, and feedback collection
- Support regulatory and compliance documentation where required
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all product launches
- Help identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation
Good understanding of trends, packaging aesthetics, and consumer behaviour
Basic knowledge of Adobe, Canva, or artwork review processes (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Creative mindset with commercial awareness
