Corporate Partnerships Manager
We’re looking for a driven Corporate Partnership Manager to grow and manage high-value relationships that deliver measurable impact.
About the Role
As Corporate Partnership Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing and executing partnership strategies within the financial services sector to drive incremental revenue and acquire new high-spending customers. You’ll manage existing partner relationships, expand the partnership pipeline, and ensure seamless execution of campaigns and initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
Negotiating and delivering activity plans with financial services partners that meet agreed objectives.
Proactively managing, monitoring, and reporting on partnership performance, including income generation and customer acquisition. Building strong partner relationships, ensuring expectations are met, and providing thorough post-campaign reporting. Collaborating with internal teams (creative, loyalty, CRM, customer service, and marketing) to deliver flawless execution of partner activities. Managing contracts and agreements in collaboration with legal teams.Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.

About You
You will be an experienced account manager with a strong background in partnership management, ideally within financial services and across multiple regions. You thrive in fast-paced environments, balancing commercial focus with relationship-building expertise. You are confident managing complex projects, influencing senior stakeholders, and ensuring seamless execution across internal and external teams.
You will also bring:
Proven experience in account management (4+ years), ideally with international financial services partners.
Strong analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.About Us
