What You’ll Be Doing

• Advise on insurance-linked securities including CAT bonds and securitisations
• Support cross-border equity and debt offerings (UK, US, and European listings)
• Work closely with dual-qualified lawyers on capital markets and regulatory matters
• Develop niche expertise across ILS, high yield, and structured reinsurance

What You’ll Bring

• 2–3 PQE from a top-tier capital markets practice (Magic Circle or US firm preferred)
• Hands-on experience with ECM and/or DCM, ideally including high yield or IPOs
• Strong drafting and execution skills in cross-border transactional settings
• Interest in developing expertise in the insurance sector and ILS transactions
