Client Experience Administrator
To help to deliver Foster Denovo's Private Wealth Proposition by delivering a first class support service to Private Wealth Partners and their clients. This allows our Partners to focus on the client relationship and developing relationships with new clients.,
- To have a thorough understanding of the advice process, client file requirements and the regulatory requirements imposed by the FCA and deliver against these agreed service standards.
- To follow Foster Denovo processes to deliver what clients and our Partners perceive to be a personalized and high-quality service.
- Prepare personalized client packs for Partners prior to client meetings, in accordance with agreed format and SLAs.
- Complete post review meeting work and evidence of review
- Contact providers to obtain valuations and up to date plan information.
- Input all information into our back-office system (Intelligent Office) to the required data quality standard.
- Enter client details onto application forms for the Client Experience Executive to process.
- Provide regular updates to Client Experience Executives to enable them to keep clients and Partners updated.
- Provide general day-to-day admin support to allocated Client Experience Executives as relevant.
- Process submissions using our submissions checklist
- Provide cover for our reception team as and when required.
- Provide support with incoming and outgoing post as required. A positive, friendly service-orientated person with a "can do" attitude who is aware of the important role played by advisers and their staff in providing financial advice.
