Senior Manager - Real Estate Tax Progress your career in a leading Real Estate Tax practice We're partnering with a highly respected professional services firm looking to appoint a Senior Manager within its growing Real Estate Tax team.This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative and high-performing practice that advises a broad range of clients including real estate funds, institutional investors, REITs, developers, private capital groups and public sector organisations across the UK and Europe.Whether you're an established Senior Manager looking for a fresh challenge, or an ambitious Manager ready to step up, this role offers exposure to high-profile transactions, significant client responsibility and a clear route for career progression. The Role Working closely with Partners and Directors, you will play a key role in delivering market-leading advice on a wide range of real estate matters, including:

• Tax structuring for UK and international real estate investments
• Acquisitions, disposals and corporate reorganisations
• Real estate and infrastructure transactions
• Tax due diligence projects
• Property fund and investment structures
• Ongoing corporate tax compliance and advisory matters
• Cross-border tax issues and international investments

You'll be trusted to manage client relationships, oversee project delivery and contribute to the continued growth of the practice, while also mentoring and developing junior team members. What You'll Bring

• ACA, CTA, ACCA or equivalent qualification
• Strong UK corporate tax experience gained in practice
• Experience advising real estate clients or working on property-related transactions
• Strong relationship management and project leadership skills
• A collaborative approach and passion for developing junior colleagues
• Commercial awareness and an interest in helping grow client relationships
