Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: North Acton
Duration: 6 months, potential for extension This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a major infrastructure project to support as-built remeasured subcontractor bill of quantities.
The ideal candidate will have experience with take-offs, remeasurement, and bills of quantities Requirements:
·5+ years experience working as a Quantity Surveyor
·Previous experience working on NEC contracts
·Previous experience on major infrastructure projects
·Strong experience with take-offs, remeasurement, and bills of quantities
·RICS or ICES accreditation (or working towards) Responsibilities:
·Lead remeasurement of works in line with subcontract requirements
·Take-offs and remeasurement from drawings and as-built information
·Update and manage subcontractor Bills of Quantities
·Support change management, subcontract administration, and progress applications
·Commercial risk and opportunity management
