Field Service Leader
• Hands-on technical background in plumbing, commissioning, or systems integration.
• Experience working with or managing external vendors and subcontractors.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and responsibilities.
• Proven experience in driving processes forward and delivering results with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel within the UK to support extensive field activities. Nice to Have:
• Previous experience with IoT-based building solutions.
• Knowledge of UK construction/site regulations and safety standards.
• Familiarity with CRM/project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, JIRA). Job Responsibilities: Partner Collaboration:
• Support third-party contractors and technicians performing installations and service operations across the UK. • Ensure partner compliance with WINT standards and guidelines.
• Provide feedback and performance reviews to partners and escalate issues to global management. Field Execution & Commissioning:
• Plan and oversee all fieldwork in the UK, including site readiness, installation coordination, and commissioning.
• Troubleshoot on-site issues and ensure timely completion of installations.
• Maintain quality control and consistency with global procedures.
• Actively manage and participate in field activities, ensuring a strong field presence alongside office duties. Service & Support:
• Coordinate service visits and issue resolution with technical partners and technicians.
• Act as a local escalation point for field-related problems.
• Monitor and report on SLA compliance and customer satisfaction in field operations.
• Take initiative in resolving service challenges independently and pushing processes to completion. Reporting & Coordination:
• Report field activity and progress to the Field Service Team Leader
• Maintain accurate project records, timelines, and documentation for UK operations.
• Contribute to the improvement of field processes and best practices in collaboration with the global team.
• Operate effectively in both field and office environments, demonstrating self-disciplin and independence. Field Presence:
• Regularly support installations and services directly in the field, especially in urgent cases or when partners are unavailable
