CRM & Retention
Own email and CRM strategy end-to-end
Build and optimise automated flows (welcome, abandon, win-back, replenishment)
Plan and execute campaigns aligned with trading and marketing activity
Drive segmentation and personalisation to grow LTV and repeat purchase
Analytics & Performance
Track and report on key metrics (CVR, AOV, revenue, retention, LTV)
Build dashboards and generate actionable insights
Ensure data accuracy across analytics and CRM platforms
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with brand, creative, performance marketing and operations

Experience running CRO programmes and onsite optimisation
Commercially minded and highly data-driven
