Role Overview
The Art Technician will provide practical and administrative support to teachers and students, ensuring materials, equipment, and studio spaces are well maintained and ready for lessons.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare materials, equipment, and resources for Art lessons
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of studio spaces
• Support teachers with displays, exhibitions, and coursework preparation
• Order stock, manage inventories, and monitor material usage
• Provide technical support in a range of artistic media
Requirements
• A background in Art or relevant technical experience
• Strong organisational and practical skills
• Creativity and confidence working with different materials
• Ability to support students in a busy department
