THE OPPORTUNITY
We are hiring for a Digital Account Manager to play an integral role within one of our
Client Planning teams, requiring deep experience and understanding of digital paid
media activation, specifically Search. This role will serve several key clients across various digital channels, including but not limited to paid search, display and online video, as well as some paid social campaigns.

Ensuring best practices are in place and delivering strong performance will be key aspects of the role.
YOUR ROLE AND IMPACT
You will be working across two key accounts in the retail and financial services sectors,driving best-in-class digital performance strategies; with varied budgets from £3mil to
£20mil. One client operates globally across Europe, Canada and Australia, while the other is undergoing an exciting transition from a performance-led model to a brand-focused approach, making this the perfect time to join. This role, whilst focusing on search, offers the opportunity to work across multiple channels, including Social and Display/Video. In addition, there will be the opportunity to get involved in new business, which is growing due to new client wins and growth within the current client set.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
Essential Skills:
- Expert skills in paid search activation is vital. This should be complimented with
the ability to use tools like Google Analytics and strong working knowledge of
measurement and tracking. - You will be working closely as part of a client planning team with daily interaction,
so we require strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Performance delivery experience.
Nice to Have:
- Line management experience where you have managed and developed Account
Executives, ensuring that they are given the direction and skills to exceed client
expectations. - Experience with planning tools such as: Touch points, You Gov would also be a
plus. - Experience working across Social and Display.
