Practice to Industry Accountant
- Managing all-around bookkeeping across multiple entities
- Preparing month-end management accounts, reconciliations and journals
- Supporting variance analysis and providing insight into financial performance
- Working directly with operational managers to help them understand financial results
- Maintaining strong financial controls and supporting VAT and compliance processes
- Assisting with the continuous improvement of systems and processes as the group scales
- Experience within an accountancy practice, supporting clients or multi-entity accounts
- ACA or ACCA part-qualified status
- Solid grounding in bookkeeping, reconciliations and accounts preparation
- Strong Excel and accounting systems knowledge (Xero desirable)
- Confidence in communicating with non-finance stakeholders
- A proactive, organised mindset with strong attention to detail
