Are you an inspiring leader with a passion for food, people, and operational excellence? We’re seeking an exceptional Account Director to oversee a portfolio of high-profile contract catering sites.
About the Role
As the Account Director, you will be responsible for driving performance, strengthening client relationships, and ensuring our catering services consistently exceed expectations. You’ll mentor and develop site managers, champion operational standards, and lead continuous improvement across your region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, support and develop a team of Operations Managers and Site Managers
- Ensure operational, financial, and compliance targets are met
- Build strong, collaborative relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Deliver outstanding food and service standards that reflect my clients brand values
- Champion innovation and identify opportunities for growth and efficiency
- Support mobilisation of new contracts and transitions across sites
About You
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- Proven multi-site management experience within contract catering (education, B&I, or similar sectors)
- A hands-on leadership style and a passion for coaching successful teams
- Strong commercial awareness with a track record of delivering results
- Excellent communication, client management, and problem-solving skills
- A proactive, energetic approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
