LONDON (Hybrid, 3 days per week onsite)

As an Associate Paraplanner you’ll play a key part in supporting our financial planners and private bankers, helping to deliver high-quality advice and technical expertise to our clients. - You’ll have the chance to develop your expertise in estate planning and offshore bonds, with the opportunity to expand into protection and insurance advice if you’re interested.
- We’re looking for someone who enjoys technical paraplanning but is also comfortable seeing clients and giving advice.
Why join Weatherbys?
- We’re growing fast, with ambitions to double in size in five years. Your ideas and ambition will help us get there.
- You’ll have real flexibility and autonomy, with support to balance your career and your life.

- We offer a comprehensive benefits package including private medical insurance, enhanced family leave, income protection, and pension. For the full range of benefits please see .
What you’ll bring
- At least two years’ experience in financial planning, with solid paraplanning experience.
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (CII/CISI or equivalent) or working towards it.
- Experience with estate planning and offshore bonds is highly desirable.
- A technical mindset, strong attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to good client outcomes.
- Comfortable supporting and advising clients but not seeking a sales or adviser role.
- Motivation to learn, develop, and take on new challenges over time.
- Ready to take the next step in your career? We’d love to hear from you.
