- Deploy a wide range of solutions, ranging from infrastructure migrations through to data platforms and custom application development.
- Coordinate the delivery of end-to-end projects in line with agile methodologies.
- Proactively identify and suggest improvements to templates, policies, tools and partnerships to support Qodea's continued growth.
- Apply Qodea's high quality standards across all projects and areas of work, taking accountability for delivering projects in rapid timescales and within challenging budgets, consistently achieving the target margin.
- Assist our colleagues in Sales to produce high quality statements of work that minimise risk during delivery.
- Aptitude at working in agile environments, as well as coordinating internal teams against external demands while reacting appropriately to dynamic circumstances.
- Engage with clients and partners to build and develop strong relationships.
- Coordinate key internal and external stakeholders to deliver projects to meet the company's business objectives.
- Tracking the impact your work has on your individual stakeholders, while maximising transparency and accountability.
- Document and present to both internal and external stakeholders making the delivery approach, progress and project health clear.
What Success Looks Like
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, for both client-facing and internal relationships.
- Proven working experience as a project manager in the information technology sector.
- A solid structured and standard approach to work practices such as Prince 2, ITIL, Agile and Scrum.
- Accurate reporting abilities while taking an analytical approach to performance management and optimisation.
- Good commercial awareness.
