The Role...

At Hearst UK, there's always more to the story. Join us as our Project Manager to start the next chapter in your career. You will be an integral part of the Hearst Operations Project Management team, delivering projects profitably with exceptional client service, coordinating with agency and client teams to deliver results. You will take full ownership of print and digital delivery - ensuring all print and digital creative assets are delivered on time and to the highest standard by coordinating the relevant stakeholders to meet client goals.

Main Duties...

• Project Delivery: Manage the full lifecycle of print and digital campaigns, ensuring timely, high-quality, and cost-effective delivery through effective coordination of teams and stakeholders.

• Client Partnership and excellent Client servicing: Anticipate client needs, communicate proactively, and build strong relationships to deliver a seamless experience.

• Budget & Planning: Prepare cost estimates, manage production budgets, and optimize resources to achieve financial targets and efficiency.

• Production Oversight: Oversee content production across channels, ensuring technical specifications are met and creative teams are clearly briefed.

• Campaign Management: Oversee campaign handovers, monitor performance, and gather feedback to improve future projects.

• Post-Project & Collaboration: Manage invoicing and reporting accurately, participate in project reviews, and foster collaboration and transparency across teams.

• Passion for the Hearst Magazines brands and products

• Ideally well versed in the basic rules and principles of Project Management

• Is familiar with project delivery cycle and digital functions needed to deliver commercial activity

• Strives for excellent results and excellent customer service

• Extremely process driven with excellent time management and prioritization skills; able to work effectively under pressure

• Ability to achieve results through influence and problem solving

• Thrives on juggling multiple projects/clients at the same time

• Knows the importance of trust within professional relationships; looks to establish a reputation as a trusted print and digital expert
