Advancing Analytics are looking for a proactive Talent Sourcer to join our People Team. You’ll be great at building relationships, you're motivated by connecting people with opportunities, and you enjoy finding creative ways to reach and engage hard‑to‑find talent.
What makes you great for this role
Experience in sourcing talent (in‑house or agency) across Data & AI, with a focus on technical roles.
Proven ability to screen & assess candidates for both technical capability and culture fit across a variety of different roles.
Curious & proactive - enjoys research, problem‑solving, and exploring new sourcing channels.
Communicates clearly and confidently with candidates at all levels.
Thrives in a fast‑paced environment with evolving priorities - we’re growing quickly!
Passionate about delivering an excellent candidate experience and championing inclusive hiring practices.
You are collaborative, open-minded, and excited to help shape the future of our Talent function.
Comfortable working with an ATS (we use Teamtailor!)
What You’ll Do
As a Talent Sourcer, you’ll play a key role in building strong, diverse pipelines and creating exceptional candidate experiences. You’ll work closely with the Talent Lead and hiring teams across Data Engineering, AI, Analytics, Growth, and Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Review CV's of direct applications, as well as proactively sourcing candidates by using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking/events, and other channels.
Building talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Conducting initial outreach and engaging candidates with personalised, value‑driven messaging.
Screening candidates through short intro calls to understand motivations, experience, and fit.
Maintaining accurate candidate records and ensuring a smooth experience throughout.
Building strong relationships with all candidates, (including unsuccessful ones) - ensuring they have a great candidate experience.
Working collaboratively with the wider people and operational team.
