Branch Partner -Veterinary Surgeon

We are partnering with a forward-thinking veterinary group to appoint a Practice Partner for a prominent and well-established clinic in London. This opportunity has been created for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon who is ready to step into true clinic ownership, combining clinical leadership with strategic influence, while remaining fully supported by a professionally structured partnership model. It offers a credible and sustainable alternative to both corporate employment and sole ownership. The Opportunity As Practice Partner, you will take a leading role in shaping the clinic's clinical standards, culture, and long-term direction, while sharing in the financial success of the business. The model has been designed to remove unnecessary complexity, providing clear governance, defined responsibilities, and a transparent exit pathway. This is a hands-on leadership role for a vet who wants to be deeply involved in the success of their practice, without carrying the full operational burden alone.
