What youll do

Lead the decommissioning of our legacy trading technology platform and oversee the migration of all Macro business functionality into the new platform.

• Own the end-to-end product strategy and execution for the retirement of the legacy system and the migration to the new platform ensuring minimal disruption to trading and downstream processes.

• Partner with Trading Risk Operations and technology teams to document current-state workflows and translate them into target-state designs in the new platform.

• Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap milestones and delivery plans aligned with the firms strategic objectives.

• Coordinate with developers QA Infrastructure and business stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient migration of functionality.

• Identify potential risks to migration success design mitigation strategies and ensure robust testing and validation before decommissioning.

• Drive user training communication and adoption strategies for the new platform.

• Liaise with third-party vendors for technical support licensing adjustments and migration best practices.

• Ensure the new platform is fully optimized for current and future Macro trading needs.

Whats REQUIRED

• Bachelors degree or higher in computer science engineering finance or a related field.

• 10 years of product management experience in buy-side or sell-side financial technology particularly with cross-asset trading systems.

• Hands-on experience with market leading trading and risk management platforms such as Murex and Orchestrade including design configuration and implementation.

• Strong knowledge of Macro asset classes (Rates FX Credit Commodities) front-to-back trade workflows.

• Proven experience leading large-scale migration or decommissioning projects in a trading environment.

• Exceptional stakeholder communication skills and an ability to bridge gaps between business and technology teams.

• Strong analytical problem-solving and organizational skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-pressure environment.
