We are working with a highly regarded IP firm that’s looking to add to their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in patent renewals, records, or formalities to handle a varied workload and play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of client portfolios.
The ideal candidate will have a background in Patent Renewals, however other formalities experience will be considered at all levels. You will be responsible for managing the full renewals process – from recording and validating case data to monitoring deadlines, preparing client correspondence, and processing renewal payments across global jurisdictions.
