Talent Acquisition Partner
An exciting opportunity has arisen in London to join a leading hospitality business to become a senior talent acquisition partner. This company is high volume and fast paced and you will sit at the heart of a dynamic, event-driven business, owning end-to-end recruitment across multiple flagship venues. You will work a full 360 role from application to recruitment across all of the companies UK venues, proactively sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding all casual, hourly, and full-time permanent team members. You will partner with line managers across the estate to understand their needs and implement recruitment strategies to support the growth of the business. The role offers a salary of up to £55,000 and an opportunity to have true ownership, you set the tone, the standards, and the strategy giving hands-on leadership as you lead by doing, not delegating.
