The Role
We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to support a busy warehouse operation based in Croydon , primarily focused on container unloading .
This role involves unloading containers, moving stock within the warehouse, and supporting general warehouse duties as required. The position is ad hoc , making it ideal for candidates seeking flexible work and the opportunity to gain warehouse experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Unloading containers safely and efficiently
- Moving and organising stock within the warehouse
- Palletising goods and preparing items for storage
- Manual handling and lifting of products
- Assisting with general warehouse tasks when required
- Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working environment
- Following all health & safety procedures
Requirements
- Previous warehouse or container unloading experience preferred but not essential
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Good work ethic and willingness to assist where needed
