The Opportunity
This school is a renowned creative hub boasting professional-grade facilities, including a black-box studio and a full-sized theatre. As a permanent Drama ECT, you will be supported in developing your artistic voice within a community that prizes creative expression and the transformative power of the arts. Your focus will be on building confidence in Key Stage 3 and delivering rigorous practical and written components for the GCSE Drama specification.
ECT Induction & Support
Mentorship is provided by an established Head of Faculty with a focus on performance-based communication and script analysis. You will receive constant support from a dedicated full-time Drama Technician to assist with the technical elements of your lessons and assessments. Collaborative planning sessions across the creative arts faculty further foster cross-curricular links, ensuring you are well-supported by a network of experienced practitioners throughout your ECF.
