What You’ll Be Doing:
Partnering closely with senior leadership to deeply understand hiring needs and design tailored recruitment strategies.
Managing full-cycle recruitment—from sourcing and screening through to offer and onboarding.
Building strong pipelines of engaged candidates and nurturing relationships over time.
Help improve processes, shape hiring culture, and contribute to employer branding efforts.
Use data to provide insights, track progress, and inform decisions at every step.
What We’re Looking For:
5 + years proven experience recruiting across technology teams
Confident sourcing across a range of platforms, with a focus on quality and long-term fit.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence and advise hiring managers.
A people-first mindset and a passion for great candidate experiences.
Previous RPO experience advantageous
