The Role – SEMH Teaching Assistant

Seeking a dedicated and resilient SEMH Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 5-16 in a specialist SEMH school setting. The role involves providing one-to-one and small group support helping pupils manage behaviour, regulate emotions and engage positively with learning. Experience supporting children with SEMH needs, challenging behaviour or additional needs is highly desirable. A calm, consistent nurturing approach is essential.

The School - SEMH Teaching Assistant

This Lewisham based primary school, a 20-minute walk away from a Thameslink station, is passionate about students being equipped for life ahead. Their focus is on curiosity, perseverance and ambition, wanting for their children to have a sense of purpose and determination to make a difference.
