What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting students across a range of ages and pathways, from early years to post-16
  • Helping learners with autism and additional needs develop communication, independence and confidence
  • Working with teachers, therapists and families to create consistent, meaningful progress
  • Bringing creativity and patience into lessons, therapy sessions and enrichment activities

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience supporting children or young people with SEND, or a strong desire to learn
  • A calm, adaptable approach with genuine empathy for students with autism and complex needs
  • Team players who can build trust, encouragement and positivity into each day
  • Commitment to long-term work, making a real difference over time

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
