• Leading the Learning Support department, shaping inclusive strategy schoolwide
• Developing and implementing high-impact interventions and bespoke support
• Coaching and mentoring a talented team of Learning Support Assistants
• Collaborating with teachers, families, and external agencies to ensure provision excellence
• Monitoring SEND progress, analysing data, and driving continual improvement
• Pioneering innovative approaches for students with diverse needs
