Salary : £35,000 - £38,000 per annum (Pro rated part/time hours)

Hours : 16 hours per week
Working Pattern : 2 days per week between Monday-Thursday

We are looking for an MSK Clinician to join our team based at our client site DNATA Heathrow. The client is one of the world's largest air services providers of Ground handling, Cargo Services, Travel and Inflight Catering.
MSK CLINICIAN ROLE
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB/ JOB SUMMARY:
To be responsible for the operational delivery of our Heathrow DNATA Services.
To support the Occupational Health Physiotherapy Service Lead with effective clinical and operational delivery of Heathrow Onsite Services.
To monitor clinic capacity and ensure the smooth and efficient utilisation of clinician time, flagging where additional input may be required or where service improvements can be made.
To represent IPRS in operational client meetings where necessary.
To support the Service Lead with training Onsite clinicians where needed.
Responsibilities:
As an Onsite MSK Clinician for IPRS Health, you will be responsible for
- Supporting the Onsite Team Lead to deliver IPRS Health's Clinical KPI's, objectives and ensure the smooth day to day running of the Heathrow Dnata Site.
- - Undertaking your individual clinical caseload which could include MSK injury assessment and treatment, FCE assessments, DSE assessments and supporting Occupational Health Services provided to the client.
- Providing timely, quality, medically correct and accurate client reports within IPRS standards.

To be seriously considered for this role, please have the following:
Qualifications:
- Qualified Physiotherapist or BASRaTRegistered Sports Rehabilitator.
- Minimum 3 years' clinical experience delivering MSK rehabilitation, injury management, or returntofunction programmes (E).
- Member of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) or British Association of Sports Rehabilitators and Trainers BASRatT (E)
- ACPOHE registration (D)
- Evidence of continuing professional development (E)
Experience and Knowledge:
- Experience delivering MSK rehabilitation services within an Occupational Health setting (D).
- Previous experience of working in private healthcare (D)
- Computer literate with good excel, word and PowerPoint skills (E)
- Proven experience in the use of Digital systems to deliver healthcare (E)
Skills:
- Ability to time manage effectively and demonstrate excellent organisation skills
- Ability to collate and analyse data.
- Ability to write detailed reports to the client using standardised report templates and the company database
