AI Engineer – Fullstack, AI-Native Products
ROLE OVERVIEW
We are hiring an AI Engineer to help build a next-generation, AI-native logistics platform from the ground up. You will design and ship agent-first, simulation-driven capabilities where AI sits at the core of the product, working end-to-end across frontend, backend, data, and infrastructure. You will own systems from concept through to production, with a strong focus on reliability, observability, and production quality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and ship agent-first, simulation-driven capabilities across the full product stack
- Build LLM-powered agents, RAG pipelines, and human-in-the-loop workflows
- Own systems end-to-end from concept through to production
- Work across frontend, backend, data, and infrastructure
- Ensure high standards of reliability and observability in all AI systems shipped
- Help shape how modern AI-native products are built and delivered in a logistics context
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Essential
- Strong fullstack engineering background with deep backend capability
- Production experience with Python and/or TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG systems, and agentic patterns
- Experience shipping and operating AI systems in production
- Comfortable working in small, high-ownership teams
- Pragmatic mindset on where AI adds value
