Data Manager | Bromley Outstanding Secondary School
We are seeking an ambitious Data Manager for an Outstanding secondary school in Bromley. This full-time, permanent position starts in April 2026 and is a key leadership support role. We are looking for a professional who can lead the school’s data strategy, ensuring student performance information is accurate and used to drive consistently outstanding quality in teaching and learning.

Responsibilities
Manage the school’s Management Information System (MIS) to ensure data integrity
Produce high-calibre statutory returns (census) and internal performance reports
Analyze student assessment data to identify trends and support academic interventions
Lead on the scheduling and organization of the school timetable
Provide technical expertise and training to staff on data usage and reporting
Qualifications and Experience
Proven experience managing data within an educational setting
Proficiency in MIS software (e.g., SIMS, Bromcom, or Arbor)
Meticulous attention to detail and advanced Excel skills
Must have the right to work in the UK
Salary and Benefits
Salary Range: £36,000 – £44,000
