Senior Client Partner (Public Sector)
- Identify and pursue opportunities for Grayce services across Local Government and wider public sector clients.
- Maintain a strong understanding of sector priorities including digital transformation, workforce reform and data driven modernisation.
- Support the creation and delivery of market growth strategies across the Local Government landscape.
- Identify opportunities through frameworks, procurement routes and partner networks.
- Contribute to proposals, commercial opportunities and sector led initiatives.
- Build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders across Local Authorities, Police Forces and Blue Light organisations.
- Act as a key point of contact and maintain proactive, regular engagement.
- Understand client challenges and priorities, aligning Grayce services to support their objectives.
- Translate workforce and delivery requirements into effective resourcing solutions.
- Support growth and development of existing client accounts.
- Build relationships with technology vendors, consultancies and delivery partners.
- Work with partners to identify new opportunities within Local Government.
- Represent Grayce at sector events, conferences and networking forums.
- Maintain awareness of policy changes, funding developments and sector priorities.
- Work closely with Talent Development, Talent Acquisition, Operations and Marketing to support delivery and account growth.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure opportunities are managed effectively.
- Support internal planning for demand generation and resource needs.
- Contribute to cross functional collaboration and operational alignment.
- Demonstrable experience in sales, account management or client facing roles.
- Strong professional network across Local Authorities, policing or combined authorities.
- Experience working with partner ecosystems including SI partners, technology vendors or consultancy partners.
- Understanding of public sector procurement processes and decision-making structures.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple relationships and opportunities.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Strong relationship builder with influence and credibility.
- Commercially aware and client focused.
- Highly organised and detail oriented.
- Proactive, accountable and comfortable working autonomously.
