Business Analyst
Location: Hybrid – Sheffield, Manchester, Uxbridge
We are currently hiring a Business Analyst within our Global Business Transformation team. This role is pivotal in driving process and system improvements across the organisation, enhancing both internal operations and client experiences. You’ll lead and support transformation initiatives from concept to implementation, working collaboratively across departments to deliver measurable efficiencies and business value.

What you’ll do…
- Lead and manage business analysis activities across multiple process and system improvement projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement optimal end-to-end solutions.
- Identify, analyse, and recommend process improvements using methodologies such as workshops and root cause analysis.
- Document and maintain current business processes, ensuring repeatable and reliable standards.
- Define and report on Return on Investment (ROI) for transformation initiatives.
- Support change management and process automation efforts, contributing to wider transformation goals.
Who you are…
- Proven experience in business analysis, project management, and change management, ideally within a technology or solutions provider.
- Strong understanding of enterprise applications (e.g., ERP systems like SAP), business intelligence, and service management tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus.
- Skilled in process improvement methodologies (e.g., LEAN, Six Sigma) and requirements definition.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Experience working in globally diverse environments and a commitment to inclusion and collaboration.
