We are seeking dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to join a vibrant, inclusive, and high-performing primary school in Enfield .

Your Role as an SEN Teaching Assistant:

✅ Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN, including Autism, ADHD, and SEMH

✅ Assist with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs)

✅ Collaborate with class teachers and SENCO to promote inclusive learning

✅ Support students' academic, social, and emotional development

✅ Help manage classroom behaviour and contribute to a positive learning environment

✅ Record pupil progress and support communication with families

✅ What We're Looking For:

Prior experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs (preferred)

A calm, patient, and empathetic approach to learning support

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Commitment to creating an inclusive and positive learning environment

Relevant SEN training or qualifications are a bonus
