Senior Community Social Services Occupational Therapist

JustOT are recruiting for an HCPC registered experienced Occupational Therapist to work with our well-respected client based in London.

Location: London
Rate: £40 per hour depending on experience
Contract Type: Temporary
Essential Requirements : The ideal candidate will have experience working within an OT Duty Team and with major adaptations - must have minimum 1 year experience at senior level within adult social care.
Working Hours: We can be flexible on hours - it doesn't necessarily need to be 37 hours per week.

Job Description:
We're looking for a motivated OT to lead a short-term project focused on Single-Handed Care. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape practice, improve outcomes for service users, and support carers through smarter, safer care approaches. You will work alongside another very experienced OT as part of the project and receive support and supervision from our Lead Moving and Handling OT.

What's involved:
Reviewing double up care packages
Identifying training needs and supporting staff development
Liaising with providers and equipment services
Promoting safe, dignified, and efficient care delivery

Ideal for someone who:
Has strong clinical reasoning and leadership skills
