Salary based on experience £18 gross per hour

Role Overview
A warm and welcoming family based in Swiss Cottage (NW6) are seeking an experienced, nurturing part-time nanny to support the care of their three-and-a-half-month-old twins. The role will be shared with mum, who will be at home, so the nanny must be confident working alongside a hands-on parent and supporting the household routine.

This is a collaborative role suited to someone calm, organised, and experienced with young babies, who can offer guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities
Supporting mum with the daily care of the twins
Helping to maintain and follow the babies’ established routine
Feeding support (the twins are currently combination fed)
Sterilising bottles and preparing feeding equipment
Assisting with settling, naps, and general baby care
Light housekeeping related to the children and family life, including:
Baby and family laundry
Loading and unloading the dishwasher
Tidying communal areas
Keeping the home organised during the day

Candidate Requirements
Previous nanny experience is essential, ideally in a similar role
Twin experience is highly desirable, though not essential
Comfortable working alongside a parent at home
Confident offering support and advice when appropriate
Reliable, proactive, and able to use initiative
Lives within a 30-minute commute of South Hampstead (preferred)
Warm, patient, and adaptable with a team-focused mindset
