Admin Officer - Primary School in Fulham - ASAP Start!

Key Responsibilities
Providing general administrative support to the Headteacher and senior leadership team
Managing pupil records and maintaining accurate data on the school MIS
Handling telephone and email enquiries from parents and visitors
Supporting attendance processes and general office administration
Assisting with correspondence, reports, and document preparation
Supporting admissions and safeguarding administrative processes
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Previous experience in a school administrative role
Experience using school MIS systems (e.g. SIMS, Arbor, Bromcom)
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
A professional, friendly, and proactive approach
