The core purpose of the role is:
- To support the Head of Science in ensuring the highest standards of pupil achievement within Science in all key stages. inc KS5
- To lead, develop and enhance the teaching practice of all the teachers of Science evaluating the quality of teaching and securing and sustaining effective teaching of the subject.
This is an excellent opportunity to become a leader in Science, teaching to KS5 that will help shape the direction of this highly successful department to even greater accomplishments. This role is excellent for those aspiring to be a future Head of Science or senior leader.
