IPRS Health has an extensive in-house team of multidisciplinary clinicians which, coupled with our carefully selected and managed national clinical network, can provide a first-class service, throughout the UK.
We are looking for an Onsite Lead Physiotherapist to lead the clinical and operational delivery of MSK services within our Ford Dagenham Onsite Clinic, acting as the key onsite contact for stakeholders and ensuring performance and governance standards are met.

The Role
As Onsite Lead Physiotherapist for IPRS Health you'll be accountable for the clinical and operational delivery of MSK services at Ford Dagenham-running the onsite clinic, delivering evidence-based assessment and treatment, completing workplace assessments (DSE/FCE/ergonomics), producing timely reports, leading on KPIs and governance, and line managing an onsite clinician while acting as the main point of contact for client stakeholders.
Your success will help maximise clinic utilisation, deliver agreed KPIs and service targets, maintain high clinical governance standards, and support effective rehabilitation and return-to-work outcomes for Ford employees through strong stakeholder communication and efficient onsite operations
Responsibilities
As an Onsite Lead Physiotherapist for IPRS Health, you will be responsible for the clinical and operational leadership of the onsite MSK service, ensuring high-quality care, effective clinic management, strong governance and great client relationships including:
Lead the day-to-day running of the Ford Dagenham onsite clinic , taking overall responsibility for operational performance, clinic management and resource allocation
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based MSK assessment, diagnosis and treatment, including rehabilitation and return-to-work programmes and timely clinical reporting
Provide onsite leadership-line managing an onsite clinician, supporting complex case discussions, and acting as the primary liaison with Occupational Health, HR and Health & Safety to meet KPIs and governance standards

To be seriously considered for this role, please have the following:
Qualifications:
Qualified Physiotherapist; HCPC registered; evidence of ongoing CPD in Occupational Health (ACPOHE registration desirable)
Experience:
Minimum 3 years' UK physiotherapy experience, including delivery of Occupational Health services; experience of private healthcare; experience delivering workplace services (e.g., DSE, FCE, ergonomics)
Knowledge:
Understanding of the Occupational Health market; compliance with clinical governance, health & safety and data protection/access to medical records requirements; confident using digital clinical systems
Skills:
Excellent MSK assessment and clinical reasoning; strong report writing and documentation; ability to deliver/interpret workplace assessments; strong organisation and time management to meet KPIs; confident stakeholder communication and problem solving; able to motivate and support colleagues
