Senior Associate/Associate Director for Infrastructure Sector
We are inviting applications for a Senior Associate/Associate Director for Origination Infrastructure Sector deals for a Europe Based Bank having their Branch in UK in city of London.
Main Objectives/Job Summary:
Assisting in the sale and execution of project finance transactions within the infrastructure sector in Europe.
Working with a network of client and advisor relationships across the sector with the propose of gaining and maintaining knowledge to successfully completely new project opportunities.
Assist in the identification and development of new project finance lending mandates.
Contribute to resource and credit application packages.
Assisting the execution of project finance transactions through to financial close and ensuring smooth hand over to portfolio management.
Working with distribution teams to ensure successful delivery

Promotion of company and team culture and values.
Communication
Build client relationships through deal teams and the negotiation of mandates, advisor appointments and project finance documentation.
Take a prominent role in the production of external marketing materials and organisation of events.
Create and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
Other
To adhere to all policies and procedure of NORD/LB including but not limited to Compliance, HR and IT policies and procedure.
Compliance with assigned and regulatory training
Any other reasonable duty as required, which may be assigned from time to time.
Key Skills and Experience required:
Business Knowledge
Good knowledge of the infrastructure sector in Europe.
Good familiarity with PF structures /documentation/due diligence requirements and risk mitigation methods.
Maintain awareness of and comply with, relevant NORD/LB procedures, tools and processes.
Experience Guideline
Minimum of 4 years relevant experience.
Good knowledge of relevant PF markets.
