Renowned for its contemporary British cuisine, the restaurant showcases the finest locally sourced ingredients and delivers a dining experience that perfectly blends sophistication with relaxed, smart‑casual charm.The establishment prides itself on passion, creativity, and unwavering professionalism.
They are now seeking an inspiring and innovative Head Chef who is dedicated to producing rosette‑standard British dishes and who brings strong leadership skills to guide and motivate a committed kitchen brigade.Head Chef benefits:
- Salary package in the region of £65,000 per annum.
- Full autonomy of the food offering for this stunning 2AA restaurant.

- 48 hours per week
- Meals for staff are provided while on duty.
