We're seeking a dynamic individual to step into the pivotal role of Recruiting Associate to grow our world-class Coaching Community, ensuring we are the platform of choice for the best Executive Coaches around the world. The community is a place for our Coaches to connect, learn, and grow, as we continue to deliver premium service for our customers. This role will be an important link between the Sama Coaching Team and other areas of the business.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it:
As the Recruiting Associate, you’ll play a vital role in building the dream team at Sama, including our team of Associate Coaches. We need a hands-on operational professional to coordinate the recruiting effort at Sama. You will be responsible for sourcing qualified candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting background checks, and ensuring the onboarding process runs smoothly.
Interest in organising events is a plus. Knowledge of the executive coaching industry will be quite helpful. If you’re a self-starter with experience working in an entrepreneurial team, coordinating all aspects of a recruiting cycle, we would love to hear from you!
This role will report to our CoFounder & Head Coach.
Requirements
What you’ll be doing day to day:
- Sourcing exceptional candidates: Ongoing sourcing of highly qualified candidates for Associate Coaches and internal roles. Use of ATS (Workable), LinkedIn, and job boards to find and track candidates.
- Liaising with internal teams: Communicate with each Hiring Manager to understand hiring needs, share insights and best practices. Inform the Sama team of new joiners and support the onboarding process.
- Data-driven growth: Use data and analytics to monitor hiring and proactively develop strategies for meeting targets.
- Operational Support: some calendar and administrative support to the Co-Founders
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Experience in Recruiting, HR, or a demanding administrative role with coordination of various stakeholders
- Ability to manage relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including external clients and vendors
- Corporate experience, preferably within financial services, professional services or similar industries.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Self-starter, ownership mindset - the ability to deliver high-quality output in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of executive coaching would be beneficial.
