School Receptionist - Haringey Outstanding Primary School
We are working with an Ofsted-rated "Outstanding" primary school in Haringey recruiting for a professional School Receptionist. As the first point of contact for families, you will play a vital role in the school’s welcoming community.
The Role You will manage the front-of-house operations, providing an efficient and friendly service to all stakeholders.
Start Date: ASAP (Full-time, Permanent)
Key responsibilities include:
Acting as the primary point of contact for all visitors and parents
Managing the school switchboard and directing enquiries efficiently
Processing student attendance data using SIMS/Arbor
Assisting with the administration of school trips and events
Maintaining a secure and organized reception area
What the School Is Looking For
Previous experience in a school office or high-level reception role
Exceptional communication skills and a warm, professional manner
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and school management systems
